You must have a valid ID or driver’s license, be 25 or older, and pay the rental fee and security deposit before receiving the vehicle.
Security deposits depend on the vehicle type:
• Economy cars: $100 deposit
• Midsize & SUVs: $150 deposit
• Luxury vehicles: $200 deposit
Deposits are refunded 24–48 hours after vehicle inspection.

No. Easy Rentals does not limit mileage. Drive freely during your rental period.
All returns or renewals are due at 11am DAILY.
There is a 1-hour grace period.
After 12pm a $25 late fee or repossession may apply.
Yes. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level they were received with.
If we have to refuel the vehicle, a $50 refueling fee will be charged in addition to cost to refuel.
It's a lot cheaper to just refuel yourself.
Only the approved driver(s) listed on the rental agreement is allowed to drive the vehicle.
In certain cases, a renter may book using a valid ID, but a driver must have a valid driver’s license and be approved by Easy Rentals before the vehicle is released
Rental payment and deposit must be paid before pickup or vehicle release. Reservations are not held without payment.
Renewals must be made before 11am to avoid $25 late fee.
If no payment is made, vehicle must be returned at 11AM. Late fees will apply to vehicles returned late.
When a vehicle becomes available, we post it on our Instagram page. From there, customers can visit this website to view the vehicle and book it.
All rentals are first-come, first-served, and the vehicle goes to whoever completes the booking and payment first on the website.
Reservations are not held without payment.
